Yes indeed form 6 is the most cheapest pre-U course if compared to other similar program and in fact also the hardest among them. But dont be detered cause once you scored form 6,everything will eventually open up for you.
Plus they have this JPA local scholarship where you get RM100 per month and free tuition fee for form 6 if you scored 8A for SPM and above.
Just remember to work your ass out and at least secure a good public uni.I tell you their course fee is super cheap.A 5 year medical course is only bout RM30k.
Compare that to private Uni which starts at RM100k above.Plus you can get scholarship using JPA IPTA scholarship and also easily borrow from PTPTN
The reason why many people hate Form 6 is because you are still bound to school rules.IPTS has much more freedom and you do not need to wear uniform.
Other than that, its just the same.Form 6 result are recognised even in Singapore,Australia and US.
I experienced what you did and has already moved on.
Firstly where are you from?Electrical engineering is available in alot of private uni.UTAR also has this course but its now in kampar campus
Ya....so local uni fees for engineering?

for me, form 6 is just a waste of time... better apply to MMU directly than wasting form 6 time.
why waste?

local U fees are very low~~perhaps one year just few thousand.you just have to pay on accomodation
yes you should take STPM,if you are a bright student cause you should be able to cope with it.
if you know you confirm cannot cope with it,then dont waste your 2 yrs on stpm
UTAR 1 year 10k....so i save hw many k?

As far as I can remember last time, MMU provides engineering courses and also IT, but not sure the IT domain is more on software engineering.
UTAR you have to go for one year foundation course if you're out from SPM, and 3 years degree course (B. Sc. (Hons))
For public university, will be a bit risky to get the course that you want as they got quota system and also depends on the STPM results.
yea...4yrs for engineering...
