As long as it has been for PCSX2, it's still W.I.P and if you count the overall costs to play PS2 games on the pc then you'll understand why Zeroize and alwizbthere said it's NOT WORTH IT. That still doesn't count the numerous compatibility problems you have to deal with.
Get the actual console already. Unless your PC is already quite damn powerfull or you just want to test the emulator. *I doubt it, most people only want to play*
You may PM me on how to get the stuff, but i'll never post it here as the PS2 BIOS needed to use the PS2 EMU is illegal to be shared. And i'd probably won't bother teaching so much about the settings as it is a bit troublesome.
The current Branch version of PCSX2 is now known as PCSX2 Playground and is much faster than the old official version.
