Regarding the accommodation,
roomsnet is kinda full...=(
I browse thru Gumtree website and seems like mostly the rent cost $150 and above.

I wanna know how much does the cheapest rent anyone cud possible get living/studying in Melbourne??
Around $120 ,is it possible??

I googled abit on the city circle tram...hmm...i thought it would pass near UniMelb,apparently,its way out of the course dang!!

Tell me,if you guys walk on the street,you guys see a lot of Chinese/Indian people on the street (tho they can be from India or China/Korea), Dont you feel like you're in Malaysia?? the difference is probably the weather and the language spoken there

hurm...i wonder,if i go to Aussie like few few weeks before orientation day and without securing myself any accommodation yet,is that like taking a risk?
I was thinking about inspecting the apartments first and if im satisfied,i'd straight away move in.Or should i reserved a place while in still in Malaysia?(to be on the safe side)What did you guys do when you guys had to look for accommodation back then??

Yea,i just finished my final year and ive been lazying around and watchin YouTube for like almost all the time At the same time emailing agents and all that,asking for vacancies.Those places with cheap rents are taken,left those expensive ones i haven been on msn for like ages now. As a matter of fact,i haven been chatting online for so long already.Now that im on break,i should get back with my cyber friends before i get busy again


Gosh...this is so competitive Well, im headed to Aussi with my parents,so,hopefully i get lucky .Earlier,i thought of booking online ,then pay deposit but then,like you said,i was worried myself, if it was some scam.So,i think going there a few weeks earlier would be ideal i guess.

I wonder how's the exam like at UniMelb? Is it something like in Malaysia.Is the marking really strict?

I heard,you guys have lots of assignment but lil exam,is it true??Hows the assignment+ presentation like?

BTW,can anyone explain to me how does the grading work? They dont use cgpa but more to percentage.(UniMelb use percentage rite? or maybe not?? )

I found some already but i was told to see the place first I'll be flying to Melbourne 2nd or 3rd week of July.

How long is the medical checkup?? Once the checkup is done...what do we do? Will the docs email the report to IDP/Aussie??
Btw,my fren failed urine test....but cleared the 2nd time... goodness.

Ohh IDP just gave me this Visa form but they told me to wait until i get the ECOE first.Once i received that,im to go and see them again.
Should i fill in the form first? There was something about health stuff needed to be checked and all that...

My agent did say something like dat...

Also,i know that most of you are taking different courses and all that,but just for my knowledge..how many subjects you guys normally take per semester?? I read the front page,it was stated that 3 subjects are already heavy
