I would like to ask regarding OSHC refund matter.

I previously accepted an offer in UNSW and paid the deposit money and the OSHC cover for six years. However, a few weeks later, I decided to switch to Monash and need to pay deposit AND another OSHC cover.

UNSW has already refunded the deposit money and I was told that for the OSHC, I have to request the refund from the provider directly, however, I seem to have trouble doing it as the website doesnt really work.

Can anybody tell me how do I go about it? Or, can I do it when I reach melbourne?
