that's strange, normally its immediate effect after each new month.

example:

your service was activated (started) on 03/12/2008, your new month will be on 03/01/2009.

what about those from Just Spectacles, 2 pairs for $199 or something, frames only?

Last time, I went in, want to just have the lenses changed, but they told me since I brought the frames somewhere else, I have to buy a new set -__-;
