Errr... The Civic and City are 2 different cars competing in 2 different market segments.
For the price you pay, it's obvious that you're getting something more 'upmarket'. RM90k for a City and say RM114k for a Civic FD1, that's quite a lot to go. Even more for the FD2.
At the end of the day, it's all up to your budget...and ur requirements
most important, is how deep is ur wallet.
IMHO, if I had a wee bit more cash..my first choice was the Civic.
But economic circumstances made me re-think that I'd better save up for the rainy days
and get the City which meets all my criteria at the moment (ie. no kids, and cheaper maintenance)
Noted. Based on what I've seen like on FB, ppl complain of floating at 140km/h .. so does adding the modulo spoilers and increasing tyre size help?
Coz it looks like there's quite a few complaints here and there, so dunno if they are really justified. Furthermore, by looking at this forum, I believe a potential city owner would need to pick the E spec (paddle shifting for smoother acceleration0, have wider tyres (205 for stability) and tinting (otherwise too hot on hands) as a must addon in order of mitigate some of initial complaints. So with all this top up... a bit more dough can get a Civic with possibly less problems?
