QUOTE(sysh @ Jan 24 2009, 12:36 AM) You should be happy that you found your car! haha..Actually juz now when i went there and saw my car..me n my wife were so happy and keep talking to each others so excited..although it is not a exp car but you know...the feeling of lost and found...so sweet...i even took the photo of the theft as his "staff tag" still hanging inside my car...wanna post it here let u guy check if he is one of ur friend.. Thankfully they caught the thief. One less scumbag out there roaming stealing cars. You can just cancel the booking, if it's cash..it should be 100%.. if you used credit card.. think RM20 - RM40 will be forfeited as bank charges.. Regarding to the booking fee, it states in the receipt that only 75% will be refund if the booking canceled. This post has been edited by kko217: Jan 24 2009, 12:48 AM |

QUOTE(foocy2001 @ Jan 24 2009, 12:47 AM) Like sysh said, you'll get your refund back, no worries. Thanks for the reply. Hm..in this case then i think i should keep my booking lo..BTW, juz a quick share..better not to use the 3 digit number plate as me coz in my lcase the theft juz add one more digit then he can manually add the number to the road tax sticker easily without re-printing...But here's another POV, your car as proof in a court/police case will take time...a long time. Depends on how backed up our courts are. And according to my lawyer friends, they are slow. You might look at 3 months (quickest ever) to 12 months, maybe even longer, to ever see your car again. I think you should keep your booking and get the new car. Once the police release your car some time in the future, check for damage, repair it if any and then sell it off as quick as you can! Or you can always cancel and wait for the police to finish their case and release it to you.....but you wait..................... Hope this helps. |
