hi, was confused about the nasi kandar and nasi melayu

are they both the same? Coz I heard that nasi kandar is raelly unhealthy, makes you fat, etc. Plus the oil they use is often recycled. Is nasi melayu similar?

got nasi melayu kah ~~ rclxub.gif never heard of it before...

anyway, most of the good taste food is not a healthy food...foods like burger, nasi beriyani, mee goreng mamak, etc contains a lot of fats...once in a while is ok to consume la...it's for your mind break after training like hell... tongue.gif

rice mix with oil == too much calorie == fattening. Same as fried rice and all things fried.

Ikan bakar / ayam bakar / daging bakar / Egg white . Try to reduce the oil. I know it's hard unless you cook yourself. But you still need good fat in your daily diet. at least 15% of your calories
