QUOTE(aurion @ Jan 27 2009, 09:44 PM) Better not to upgrade until the official log is out then, since there are hiccups here and there in the latest firmware. It written that it's just a minor porblem regarding Nokia Maps? (Maps is misbehaving, hanging after launching) BTW, my n82 code is 0561043 Latest available software for Nokia N82, product code 0561043 Version: 31.0.016 This post has been edited by uhlaw: Jan 27 2009, 09:57 PM |

Just finish updating my N82 to firmware v31.
I no do any master/soft reset before updating. First time during updating, it stuck at remaining 14 minutes, and then it lost USB connection.. I just unplug USB cable and forced Vista to close down NSU (NSU seems unresponsive) Luckily I still can switch on my phone Second time, I update firmware again and everything went so smooth. Done updating in 5 minutes This post has been edited by uhlaw: Jan 28 2009, 01:12 PM |

After hacking in v31.0.016,
I do testing on 3 file manager: ActiveFile, X-Plore, Mobo AvtiveFile can't view/edit sys files. X-Plore can view sys files, but can't edit. Mobo can view/edit sys files (copy/paste/create folder in "sys" folder) This post has been edited by uhlaw: Jan 30 2009, 11:51 AM |
