He want to disable the Network (example DiGi, Maxis) assist,

your way is to disable the A-GPS.

I think only charge 2 sen when everytime open, then you will lock on and no need charge already.

Its save your time and let you know your current location before success lock on.

really, i thought it continuously charging, but it's weird because my credit reduce fast when on A-GPS..

Disable all use built in GPS only (enable this only), no chrges will involved at all, only can use on Garmin XT not the built in Nokia Maps...
