u need to have a lv 20 abv at character at ur acc 1st.then i think go to the koc place (erev i think) and accept quest from the princess to join the koc.after tht,create a new character,tht character will be the koc

i think i wont so early start koc 1st,tht place sure dmm crowded.chiong my dk to 120 1st

which world?

striker is an extension of pirate class right? so the stats shud be very similar to pirate. as for skills...try search around pirate's den at msea forum =\
