Dear player,
In response to your query, please take note that you can only have 1 AsiaSoft Passport per person. You will retain your selected AsiaSoft Passport and the other AsiaSoft Passports will be void.
Please send an email to verification.my@asiasoftsea.net with the subject: “Request for Comprehensive Identity Verification” and the following information:
Personal Information
1. Scanned copy of your National ID (Both front and back), student pass (with photo), driving license (with photo), or any official documents bearing your full name and date of birth (with photo)
2. Asiasoft Passport that you wish to keep
3. The email address that you wish to use
4. Any other information that you wish to update
5. Please choose a new Secret Question from one of the following and provide the Secret Answer (Case-sensitive)
- What is your mother’s maiden name?
- What book/movie did you enjoy the most?
- What is your favourite food?
- What is your pet’s name?
6. We require the following information from the chosen AsiaSoft Passport to verify your ownership:-
Game Information
(Please provide as much detail as possible)
MapleStorySEA:
1. Login ID of all the game accounts
2. In-game name for all the characters in all the worlds
3. Level and jobs for all the characters in all the worlds
4. Last logout location of all your characters inside this Asiasoft Passport
5. Total amount of mesos on each character inside this Asiasoft Passport
6. Items you have for all characters inside this Asiasoft Passport
Please provide complete information as proof of ownership of the account.
Once we receive all the information, the Customer Service Officer will proceed to verify your claims. Please note that requests without any of the above mentioned information will not be processed due to security reasons. However, the Comprehensive Identity Verification will be processed subject to the approval from management. The management will need to evaluate your case.

Dear player,
In response to your query, do note that if the details registered with your Asiasoft Passport differ from your documentation proof, there will be an administrative fee of MYR $12.00 for updating your AsiaSoft Passport.
