If got sakit lutut/ knee problem n ankle problem. Can go to chiro? Just wondering....

im asking on behalf of my mum. but she just underwent an knees operation (dunno what its called). they cuci dalam lutut n replace the fluid if im not mistaken.
still can go after recovery of operation?
