how heavy can avg female lift, and how heavy bb females use usually?
3.5 kg dumbell not enough hoh? (no access to gym or anything heavier
got certain ways or not to hold the dumbell or something to put more strain/get more bulk, given that one limited weight?
a lot say wont get bulky unless taking steroids, can get that type of stuff here? need prescription?
