ZHENG ZHENG This Gal A started to bulge in and says tat " Those exercises are going to make u gain muscle one, u cant lose fat on tat~~" , so i dont really give a dam on her reply and i continue to tell the gal A that, it will help u to gain  a lil bit of muscle but it is all based on her diet and bla bla bla, then the Gal B bulge in again, saying  "U got to join those classes body combat bla bla bla" so i actually stopped there and continue makan, since she is so knowledgeable and i only with my tiny little muscle.

Aft the gathering i asked my fren, why does she sound so "discouraging" ? Then i found out from my fren that she went to gym for like years and actually cant see any results from wat she is doing.... yeah i can see tat from her legs thou. o.O

So gals really dont like muscle?

This shit actually happened to my mum ...
I'm not trying to label personal trainer or those big gyms are bad but it's just that personal trainers or sales people want you to stay as long as possible ... like my mum she's paying 1K per month for her personal trainer at a local gym and and didn't see noticeable result .... and after that she becomes discourage as well .... and you know to "RUB SALT on WOUND" my aunt said things like those aerobic exercise once you stop you will become FAT.. i was like WTF man

I offered my services to her but she's just now to damn lazy .. when a person have no motivation to workout might as well just don't bother ... but from what i may have notice a lot of people do not know how to supplement and eat the right way ... once they have a personal trainer they feel comfortable that they are in good hands and sometimes they just splurg uncontrollably.

As relating back to the topic my wife she does this workout program by Beachbody called Insanity ... and to mix it up she also does a lot of strength and resistance training .. she does a lot of 15-18 reps ... but usually the 2nd last or the last set she would put additional weight but aiming for goal 10-12 rep ... as her nutrition she takes a well balance diet with supplemental of protein from Gaspari Myofusion and ON Whey =) .... just a few months of working out ... i think she's winning the race of "WHO CAN POP the ABS OUT" LOL

.... a lot of female have the "THOUGHT" of playing weights or taking protein means "BULKING" up ... thank goodness my wife is "DEHYPNOTIZED"
