i also need to be pushed from time to time.
getting lazy, but will try my best to keep myself motivated.

forget bout it.
ur body looks great.
all u need is more weights and do some squats or weight lifting.
u need to be patient. gals, slower a bit compared to guys. (muscle wise)

not sure whether she will or can do it, but i will try persuading her to do those squats.
even if she squats with the barbell alone, i am happy.
at least she squats, rather than some guys that don't.
