I certainly believe that women should lift more weights to gain muscle mass. I always do weight lifting for about 15 mins after my cardio workout and buy, do i feel tighter arms and hamstrings biggrin.gif Actually, it's a myth that women will be as bulky as a guy due to weight lifting. First of all, men have much more muscle mass as compared to the ladies who have more fat tissues. Therefore, the equation will not be the same for a man and a woman. In fact, weight lifting can produce a longer term effect on weight loss for women because the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body burns as compared to fat tissues.
