Do you know any effective anti-anxiety med that I can buy without going to doc/psychiatrist. I wonder if they sell this kind of meds in pharmacies.

I am new to college and got a culture shock. Everybody there is way older than me. I just got out of high school and never live on my own like that.

So I want to know if there are meds I can buy over the counter. To ease this shock.

ya cos old ppl r not like me. they also have experience living in hostel. this is the first time i live in hostel.

i heard there are natural anxiety meds that don't have negative side-effects. I wonder if they sell those in retail pharmacies though.

therapies i heard they are expensive.
