hey guys, I just wonder, does it really come wif Mii channel coz when we bought from the seller game store didnt mention have to pay extra for excluded license IC MII channel so that able to play mii character playing for wii fit and wii sports. Is kinda something fishy about this and the owner says have to pay extra around RM 150 to get only mii channel and I say wat ! not sure wether I been con, not sure why man My friend bought it a full version of wii even included wif mii channel didnt charge any extra pls tell me what am I suppose, should I or should not , getting it back 10 jan in morning

Pls tell me is there any game shops can give free Mii channel ???? or maybe reasonable thanks

Return the machine, ask for refund.

And please state where you bought this from... so that ppl can stay away from this shop.

In sunway pyramid nearby opposite IT store there i guess highest floor old wing close to see the view of ice skating. there's the place i bought it. I dont think i brave enough to refund money back well just take it back my console....... and look other shops if possible give us Mii channel... any suggestion ???

Haizz yeah i did homework but is like wth no mii channel thats the biggest stupist ever have to pay extra $$$. Is wasting money to get Mii channel back. haizz should notice it earlier to check the channel....

can you go online? if you can, I think you can download the Mii Channel from Wii Channel.

and I think it's ridiculous, if you are not going to do anything except just getting the Wii back. They r the one should be afraid... NOT YOU!

You tell them... you've already know the Mii is a bundled software... it's either they load the Mii in it, or exchange another Wii that comes with all the bundled items... If they dont, tell them, something wrong with their "version" and you need them to refund.

If you don't stand up this time... I foresee there will be many more such things coming to you in life.

Think about it...

It's your choice/life any way.

Theres nothing to afraid of , and first of all You paid for WII , and they CON you , nothing to be afraid of ,get a refund back in cash if they push you to the limits

Well by the way , if ur WII needs to put in MII channel , its as fast as 5minutes to do so for ppl who knows how to do it on the spot
Cos ive seen it from my seller doing it for me on the spot .. its only 5minutes or so

ONE WAY = GOOGLE FOR IT
SECOND WAY = RM50 or so .. to the shops who knows how to do it

yeah thanks well I speak to the guy, the price is like 1100 sound cheaper so I thought getting it suddenly tested the game on wii there's no mii channel in it. then i went back today speak to owner game store there really freaky guy so scary there haizz

maybe i decide to take it back hope they did not install yet mii channel.......

lol...u should have browse thru lowyats game garage sale section first...alot of good offer...i bought my xbox 360 jasper from a guy called nelsonkoay..his shop is in IOI mall puchong,1 more in Cheras,Giant...very friendly and good seller...

I remembered that shop! its called "GENIUS" right? i nearly get con when i wanna buy a DS last year..he secretly throw away the stylus and he say i must pay extra for the stylus and i scream and reli blast the shit outta him until 3 of his other customers left..

so basically research on things you wanna buy before buying it!

go to gamers hideout at tropicana city mall or curve at damansara since it is kinda ok distance from sg.buloh or go straight to kl and find bernard right infront of pertama complex infront of station kopitiam..

Stupid singapore seller also tried to con me said that my wii comes with 5 free games when in fact its just wii sports. Of course the game include golf, tennis, baseball, bowling, boxing.. Its part of the game! Moron.

My Wii did not come with Mii Channel as well,
i downloaded it from WiiWare for Free.

Well.... my Wii is a launch unit, so things could be different back then.

Can u log into WiiWare and search it? It is free.

Too bad I didn't find this thread b4 I bought a Wii and a Fit from the same shop at Sunway.

But I found some fixes to it. Hope you can work it out yourself. Already fixed my Wii.

next thing you should check if your console is a recon set

just check the serial number on the box and on your console.

if the number doesn't match, the it's most probably a recon set.

and if you bought a recon set for RM1100, then it's another con case again.

me too had the same prob..mine has 3.2U firmware and the channel can't be started as it always said that i can't use this channel...find some solution as I'm too lazy to go back to the shop at mines...now all I have to do is find an sd card...can sony memory stick be use???I had a micro sd but the adapter dunno where I put it..if not I has to buy a new sd lol...I dun care much for the wii as I bought it for my gf but felt responsible for it as its hard to play wii sport without having a mii
