can you go online? if you can, I think you can download the Mii Channel from Wii Channel.

and I think it's ridiculous, if you are not going to do anything except just getting the Wii back. They r the one should be afraid... NOT YOU!

You tell them... you've already know the Mii is a bundled software... it's either they load the Mii in it, or exchange another Wii that comes with all the bundled items... If they dont, tell them, something wrong with their "version" and you need them to refund.

If you don't stand up this time... I foresee there will be many more such things coming to you in life.

Think about it...

It's your choice/life any way.
