Hahha!! I am no master la.. Just a fat guy who loves to eat and travel on his folding bike..

Java Fit, to be honest, is pretty basic and has a good price point.

But, having said that, there are several weaknesses on its frame. The FD mount is pretty flimsy and there are two pieces of plates securing its truss. Its not bad as a leisure bike and the Taiping gang (about a dozen of them rides the Java) have nice things to say about this bike..

Word of advice, get a bike from a reliable manufacturer who can back you up in terms of parts and after sales service. You might end up paying more, but that is for a piece of mind..

I very agree with this statement: You might end up paying more, but that is for a piece of mind..

Thats is what i learn, after buy my Hummer..

But I love my hummer very much, it really can perform... just need some bullet to upgrade the part... sweat.gif

that is not including shipping...

to shop frm taobao....

price of item + china domestic shipping + international shipping to msia.

agents (lyn) will charges different rate.

last i bought is 1.90

depending on the sellers location in china, u need to find out the domestic shipping
rate from the seller say SanDong to collection centre most likely in GuangDong.

all this the agent can find out for u.
but if u can search for the cheapest item with the cheapest shipping, then u will save money.

normally in LYN, u DIY find the item in taobao, send the link to the agent to get quote,
if there are sizes n colour, u need to specify as well.

this lanun ergon, i;ve found got 2 type, aluminium n magnesium alloy.
alu = 40 mg = 55
bear in mind the finishing (most likely) is no where near the ori...( i guess oni, haven't seen the real one )

agents charge by weight n volumetric weight, - which ever is heavier.
minimum is 1kg = RM 12

u will save if u buy more items, cos they help u pack everything into 1 box.

this grip 40+8 / 1.9 = 25.26
+ 12
= 37.26 linggit...
air freight direct to ur doorstep.

the fun shopping in TB... u''ll never know what u gona get.... LOL ... (joking)  biggrin.gif  tongue.gif

Hahah!  Great !

To start,
1.  we will need to identify the parking lot that will be safe to park our cars.
2.  Get down to plan a route to ride around in the city...
3.  with a food stopover ( get some drinks and food for breakfast - maybe at teh tarik , roti canai stalls?)
4.  Bikes group Photo sessions, , the Cyclists group photo sessions,  Anyone got Go Pro hero, can bring along too..smile.gif
we will need one cyclist in the front to lead the way (not too fast, not too slow)
we will need one cyclist at the back to be on the look out to cover any one who slips or terjatuh ...

mini project here...

Go Hong Kong and buy. Get yourself a free trip there as well as the price is cheaper by almost 2K there for the basic model.  Use the 2K as travelling and hotel expenses. For Brommies, what is a few K lah! Sap sap sui. rclxms.gif

OR check this page for local sourcing,

There plenty of tutorials on how to pack your bike and check into the airplane.

Brommies are compact enough to be packed into your suitcase..
