The barring is triggered by the system and not by the consultants. Hence you are just being silly to screw the system that won't bother who you are.
This applies to all telco as well. Once your outstanding has due, your line will be barred.
system is also programmed by human, end up it's still in a way maxis policy been so critical to customer not clearing even rm3.
I was barred before for amount less than 5 sen from celcom, thanks to them didn't implement the rounding properly. I paid proper amount, but end up the system pick up i didn't pay full amount.
i believe telco should give a leeway of like rm10 balance should not trigger the barring, coz some people pay with cash deposit, which don't accept anything less than rm10, for example, your bill is rm10.05, will you pay rm10 or rm20? if they allow customer to pay that way, they should make it more flexible instead of penalising customer.
