it's really streamyx fault for slow download speed
some ppl said 60 series of ip is good, but these days my area has much better speed and stability with 118 series for both RS and MU

on the same line of the menu with the settings, there's 1 convert rapidpoints option
click tat and there u go

lol, i only know of trafficshare and rapidpoints
is there even such thing as traffic points?
traffic share is kinda like a paid bandwidth
if u run out of quota, u can use this said amount for downloads
u can also create link for free users using this traffic share u have

rapidshare points are points u gained when ppl download the stuffs from the links u posted(uploaded)
the points can be exchanged for goodies, or rapidshare account extension/creation

there's an option to utilise it in the settings
check it out
anyway, if your account was created before oct 26 2008, and have not expire yet, you will get 50+gb of traffic share

did u change the details when u get it?
where did u use it?public location?did u log out after that?
it's possible that your seller sold it to other ppl, or the source he got from has other buyers
if it's that recent, go back to your seller, responsible seller will usually replace it

more likely to be streamyx problem rather than rapidshare
i still have no problem exceedin 150kBps on my 1mb streamyx account, but must get certain IP range

if you get an account from the official site, after conversion for their rates it's bout 35+ per month subscription, no registration fee or anythiing
if u get from some sellers here, it's bout rm20 or less per month
for the official subscription, u can get some discount if u subscribe a longer period at 1 short, say 3 months, 6 months or 1 year

wat's the point of posting your download speed for?
braggin bout ur speed?
and it's not like it's extremely fast....
even when i was in MMU i was able to get 4MB/s
some ppl in other uni or office can get even more....

it really depends on area
some ip range is good for some area and bad for others
for me, i only can get 60.*, 118.* and 115.*
among the 3, 60.* is the best for both RS and MU, but it's fussy regarding some european sites which i visit
