each area has a sweet IP that can connect to RS at max speed
for me, 60.48.*.* is the best IP range for me that allows me to connect at max speed of 1Mbps Streamyx package

What will happens if I am premium member and my download exceed the inclusive bandwidth, lets say 80GB per month?
*
kinda impossible to exceed the limit set
once u reach the said limit, say tentatively 2.6gb per day if u become a member today, ur downloads automatically stop, but they will allow near complete files to be downloaded if the file size is small, but this will run ur counter to negative figures, but not tat much of the available limit

Reset your modem. Turnit off on and then check ip. If still cant, then you type in the modem's IP into your browser, find for the Status tab then click Disconnect then wasit for 10sec or 15. then click back Connect. The IP will change.
*
what IP u can get is strictly depending on your area
for example, my area I can get 3 IP range 60.48.*.*, 118.*.*.*, or 115.*.*.*
my cousin's place fixed at 124.*.*.*, u restart modem 100 times also u get back the same IP range, and tat i believe is the case for some ppl here
u guys can posts all the speed u can get and your IP, but tehre's no use if the other users place is locked to a specific IP range

confirmed TM is throttling our torrent, now possible RS also
and btw, the best effort and 90% of ur subscribed bandwidth thingie, is mostly applied only for local site, which i believe is less than 5% of wat their subscriber visits

Are u guys referring to me? In my previous post, i'm NOT asking about warez or any website.

I'm asking about if anyone using any hardware equipment  other than PC desktop or laptop to download. Hardware equipment such as Synology NAS, etc
*
of course not
after or before your posts there were some warez discussion going on
i think they were reported and hence removed
