Sime always deliver bad quality for most of it's lower price range products.
What about USJ Heights?
Kinda like the area, new and G&G, but million dollar superlink. Is the material and quality good? Anyone?

QUOTE(BRE @ Jan 7 2015, 06:33 PM) That is because SD likes to build houses with courtyards and "backlanes", that is why the b/up looks small! Other areas like Sec 10 & 9 of PH also OK IMO as it's near the LRT hub and Giant- although not GG, some sections are guarded communities, Bro hitammetalic, this one individual preference la, one man's meat can be other man's poison! PH cheap? Compared to BU of course it is cheap which is good for buyers! PH can also mean Peace & Harmony! SJ & USJ IMO are full of vehicles - my friend jokingly said SJ means "super jam", USJ means "ultra super jam"! I think SJ jam quite manageable if u know some small roads. I never facing any jam issue when I stay there. Now, I believe only the road alongEmpire Subang is jam. USJ is jam but it improved a lot every 2 years. If USJ 2, 3 or 4, I think the jam towards Federal Highway also quite minimal only. If 10 years, really sakit kepala.
