Newbie reporting in here.Just bought a used 2001 waja manual.
The spec of the car that mod by previous owner:

Original 4G18P engine
LCP
R3 bodykit
Black Colour
16" sportrim 215/55/16
Noisy Muffler

All pro brothers here, I am facing some idling problem during cold start... The rpm seem high 1500++... And what is the normal rpm for the car during aircond on/off?

When I open egine bonnet, I can saw that lcp is somekind of shaking... Is it normal?

Between the car seem to shake when I am pressing the pedal too much over 4k rpm if I am not wrong...

And any recommendation to change for my muffler to convert it to be silent than the previous muffler and ori stock muffler?

Other than that, I not yet facing any problem... Erm...One more, when I start the car, sometimes the car timing going high then struggling then drop to 0...Means engine died... The proccess not even 20 seconds... What problem hor?? If anybody could reply me and help me, that would appreciate... Thanks anyway...

My exhaust setup? How to check ?? I don't know... I just want it to be quiet... Any muffler than better than stock will be better... Got any muffler than silence than ori stock muffler? Coz I got the ori muffler with me also...

Oh... Thanks for the info... I will ask mechanic to check it for me. New problem found. When driving city, me feel cold. Then off aircond. Traffic condition quite jam. And drive for a while . Then feel hot. When i open the aircond, the tempature gauge go up suddenly... Frightened me!!! Then it drop back to normal 80 celcius... Anything done with that?

Does anybody here try out the dcarbon before? If yes, what is the effect?? Good or not?

LoL.... Did anybody try the campro cps meter inside 4g18p old waja?

Is it my manual fuel consumption normal? I refill RM85 for merely 510km... And does everyone waja 4g18p sound growling when pressing the pedal until the rpm over 3k...???

Anyway to isolate that sound? Sound proof sheet got help in eliminate this kinda of sound? Sound proof for door can isolate wind sound? Coz my car after 90, the wind sound really quite loud... Suggestion?

Anywhere recommended to add?? Or your fren know how to do it? Price of doing it? Significantly reduce?

I just ask foreman to check my car. He cleaned the fuel injection head. And he said that fuel filter below the seat is old and kind of stuck. So that cause the car to shake when I am trying to push him to higher rev. Anyway, the early start of the car that the car will rev high then drop to 0 still exist. The foreman said after the head cleaned, it should be no problem. But this morning this problem occur again...Argggggghhhh... What to do? Any suggestion? Tuning??

Is it normal to hear sound from engine whenever the car moving?

What is consider as 'normal engine sound' and what is 'abnormal sound from engine'? I means if the car is running in fifth gear and around 2k rpm with 80km/h. Is it normal to hear the engine making sound that kinda of loud? Anything to check with this?

brother boboy, after you install the lcp, the lcp got shake when running?

Price for these type of rim?

Walao....Engine died when starting and cold... Even the car is running... Rpm straight drop till engine died when neutral... Or what we called "free gear" ... My car is manual... The engine died when I press the clutch... So dangerous... What happened?

Where to check for MUT reading? And what is TB and ECL?? Any mechanic also can do this check up??

Is it ECL will be light up each time we want to start the engine? And the ECL will lid off after some time...Between it is a bit weird with my car, when I am taking round about and if the petrol in my tank is left with one line display at meter there, It will drop till the petrol warning light up... And when turn back to straight road, it will kick like there are no movement for my car... Means when I press the oil pedal , the car don't see like move for a while then normal back... What cause that? Petrol not enough problem? TB is fuel injection thingy?

aliftaufiq, how much you change your aircond compressor? Mine one got weird "krek krek" sound when the compressor on and off... And it is disturbing my car timing too... Sometimes low and sometimes high...

Sound proof over which part... i also want to know...As my waja giving a lot of sound ...Tyre , wind and engine...How to improve NVH? Anybody?
