-torque improve pickup increase -idle sound 'lighter' -oil pedal become more 'sensitive' -full tank can go for 650km until light appear. -pickup become slower; torque decrease on low gear (may due to longer route for new piping to ATF cooler) -high speed pickup significant (70 above very fast) -engine idle sound even quiter, very calm & steady. -FC should further monitor I am heavy traveller at JB roughly 3K per month is a must, highway 70% normal 30%, so i think install ATF should help. |

QUOTE(jackyleo009 @ Jan 20 2009, 10:29 PM) nop i think, i shine it with torch light & observe the inertia movement & so far no shaking.QUOTE(mych @ Jan 20 2009, 10:41 PM) well looking at all the mods available... if you don't want to mod anything else, ATF cooler is the ONE to get done... extending the GB life means you get longer service life of your GB... thanks for comment, i hope it will serve me for another 7 years.....haha Bear in mind, if you fully decouple the ATF oil cooling from the radiator, it should give you a good protection in event of any radiator related failure.. the ATF oil is still cooler. QUOTE(adrian_huen @ Jan 20 2009, 11:02 PM) LCP not Lxn Pa Chi but is lighten crank pulley abt 700g compare to ori is abt 1.5kg. It will make ur car respond faster when rev with lighter crank load.Added on January 20, 2009, 11:31 pmFOR all Wajarian, don forget to check ur fuel filter located at driver side rear passenger seat (outside bottom) I may end up in block fuel pump coz burn of it, abt 2 table spoon sand pour out from the filter. It may also block the injector. Beware.....change every 20-30K This post has been edited by boboy: Jan 20 2009, 11:31 PM |

Done some mod on my 04' waja
1. lighten crank pulley (1st gear powerful, expecially at traffic light) 2. 16" rims 3. de-cat + swirl bullet + mitco stainless steel muffler (car more smooth at 70+ km/h; low end a bit sluggish) 4. 4-2-1 extractor (gear shift feel more drag than OEM aka driving manual) 5. replace 2 ignition cable (car more garang when gear shift) 6. use of toyota t-4 oil (car bit sluggish at low end but top speed increase); will try the MItsu SPIII 4L on next flush. current city drive 9.5l/100km ; pure highway 7.9//100km the most significant performace mod is lcp, 4-2-1, ignition cable. eliminate the front "nyek nyek" (after go thru hump) sound by replace the absorber stabilizer bar bushes, as told by my colleague share same prob some mechanic ask u to change abs, lower arm, abs link.... The changing time is very long since have to take out front wheel, loose upper arm, take out lower arm bracket, jus to get little space to unscew & change the bush. Don think much, jus mention u wanna change that will do, don listen to change other part next level upgrade Brembo disc & GAB HA series Now left the behind 'nyek nyek' & 'kit kit' when go thru rough road....any idea of all wajarian to solve it?
