i had a M505 last week.... When i scroll down, i can hear a spring sound but no sound when i scroll up....
Is this a normal condition or the mouse problem?
Is anyone got this experience?
Can i get replaced with a new M505 ?

Wow, good mouse but bad wheel. You can ask where you bought whether it can be replaced due to bad quality on the wheel, some shops might not accept this as "malfunction" product, cause it's still functioning.

WARNING, GOES BEYOND THIS POINT MIGHT VOID YOUR WARRANTY. whistling.gif

If the shop don't allow, check whether the RMA sticker is right on the screw, if not, take it off and do some mod on the wheel to make it smoother, like bent the steel wire a tiny bit lower, it should lower the clicking noise when you scroll but lower too much and you'll have a "free run" wheel.
This is how I mod my MX518 right after it pass the warranty period.

Hello. I've just got myself an Anywhere Mouse last week and I adore it. However, I noticed that the left button of the mouse feels a bit funny. The clicking sound is quite loud compared to the right button. Is it designed that way? Besides that, the left button feels a bit hollow, as though there is some empty space below the button, when I click it. It does not feel as solid as the right button. The sound emitted also tells me so. Anyone has an idea? Thanks.

Probably a manufacturer defect, send for RMA and see if they accept such defect, every logitech mouse that I used does not have this issue, very solid even under stress and long term usage.
