Whoever buys Logitech Z5500, do get some extra fuses and a power surge protector.
The fuses aren't expensive. Also it is easy to replace it.
The location of the fuse is in the subwoofer.

QUOTE(TomatomanzSeedlezz @ Jun 19 2009, 01:09 PM) Nah, it's not that bad. Just be wary of blackouts.Mine has been working really well for almost 4-5 years before the fuse blew when there was a blackout last week. |

For Logitech G15v2 isn't really big compared to regular keyboards I have used thus far.
Definitely a lot smaller than Logitech G15v1. |

QUOTE(LokiD.d.G @ Jan 11 2010, 06:33 PM) Anyone here has the G9x? I have one.I was wondering if the scroll button on the mouse is particularly hard to depress? Or is that a manufacturing defect unique to my unit? Quite frustrating feature in an otherwise excellent rodent Yes, you need to apply a bit more force than your usual mouse. You'll get used to it as I already have. I don't think it is a manufacturing defect. |

I am selling off my Logitech Rumblepad 2 and I have two of them.
Please refer to my garage sale thread below: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...057&hl=logitech It's a good gamepad. However, I am switching to Xbox 360 controller as I am mainly playing games on Windows these days. |

QUOTE(XiuKeong @ Jan 25 2010, 03:13 PM) What do you mean the square design around the joystick? Xbox 360 or Logitech Rumblepad 2?Logitech Rumblepad 2 is very similar to the shape of a PS2 / PS3 gamepad. For most arcade / console based games, it's very comfortable and easy to configure. |

Oh ok. The analog stick.
I rarely play PS2/PS3 since I don't have one. For me, it's quite alright, not so good for fighting games since you can't really tell whether it's an up or up left /right, vice versa. Most people who plays Street Fighter 4 don't use that analog stick on the gamepad anyways. Platform games such as Devil May Cry would be nice on this gamepad using the stick or the d-pad. I finished Jade Empire using this gamepad and really enjoy the whole process. |

QUOTE(dlwl @ Jan 25 2010, 06:43 PM) i've had some of my friends commented on the rumblepad 2, use it regularly for PES2010. some say that it's nice and much better to use compared to el cheapo controllers, while some say they don't like the square design around the joystick. i also found that some games don't support this controller, which i think is the reason kianweic switched to the xbox controller isn't it? How did you do that?and another weird thing is, my chillstream was detected as xbox360 controller in windows 7 If I can do that to my Logitech Rumblepad 2, I won't even bother selling it away. |

Is there anyway to make Logitech Rumblepad 2 permanently emulate XBox 360 controllers in PC Games?
Don't really like to manually configure all the stuff nor like to download drivers to put into the game directory every now and then. |

If the grip is available here, I will buy it.
I like having a larger and longer base for my mouse to grip. This post has been edited by kianweic: Feb 8 2010, 10:21 AM |

Really need that larger cover for my Logitech G9x. It's a bit too small for my liking.
I want the stock version, don't really need the customized version. Is that available? |

My cheapo Logitech keyboard and mouse just gone bad today.
Fortunately, I have a spare at work. Gonna bring that back for one of my PCs. It has been awhile since I have encounter problems with Logitech's peripherals. |

Anybody tried Logitech Z5500 using optical?
Mine was quite bad compared to using analog. Gonna get Coaxial to connect to this speaker. |

QUOTE(mADmAN @ May 7 2010, 01:32 PM) dont bother going coaxial. its basically the same SPDIF signal going into the same DAC....and the DAC in the Z5500 aint that great in the first place. Asus Xonar D2x.wat sound card u using? The optical in and out is for PS3. Maybe I'll just use the 0.35mm input jack. |

QUOTE(mADmAN @ May 8 2010, 05:20 PM) use the analogue outputs from ur xonar then... Just switch PS3 optical in out to analogue in (sounds a lot better now).when u use digital ur basically getting the z5500's DAC to do the sound processing and the DAC on the Xonar is definitely MUCH better than the one on the z5500. PC one is always via analogue (from Asus Xonar D2X) Don't need to detect inputs now, both can play (in terms of sound) concurrently. |
