Hi guys,

Just bought a Logitech Wave Pro and i have to say that it is GREAT biggrin.gif. The wave keyboard is VERY comfortable and i instantly adapted to the wave shape. At first i kind of feel the keys a little weird due to the soft deep pressure feeling when you hit them but as time passes i kind of like it and it is very much different from others that i used before which feels like hitting a spring or cheap short plastic keys. I would recommend this keyboard to those who type often because the palm rest is a real genius design and you start to enjoy typing as time flies. The best keyboard i use so far thumbup.gif.

The MX1100R is one BIG mouse and it fits ok on my BIG and LONG hands (expected it to also support my fourth and fifth fingers on the mouse but eventually ended up touching the table while moving the mouse) and the built of it seems very solid, not like i imagine it to be all plastic feeling while surveying it on YouTube. Like the DPI shifting buttons for my Adobe design purpose and the scroll wheel is my favorite which can change from normal scroll to hyper scroll, very useful when surfing and viewing documents. Well for me the more buttons the better rclxms.gif .Great improvement on the mouse and have to say the Best mouse used so far. For those who wants to buy the Wave Pro remember to charge the mouse because when i bought it the mouse battery was almost dead and ended up charging it the whole night (make sure that you charge until the green light on the mouse stops blinking and show a solid green light for full charge).

After giving my likes about the Wave Pro, I will now comment on what i seems to bother me when i started using it and hope this info will help others. After downloading the latest setpoints software for my Windows 7 64bit for Logitech website, i decided to set some of my desired programs on the keyboard and mouse buttons. Instantly i was having trouble not getting the responds on the F keys which i already program to specific shortcut keys for either Open a file or Launch a webpage. Also i keep launching the Windows Media Player when i press Media key but i already set to open Itunes rclxub.gif . I thought maybe this keyboard and mouse will be suitable for Vista and not Windows 7 or maybe there are still bug in the software. So i shut down for the day and have a sad feeling of not having to use those shortcut keys cry.gif. Then the next day when i use my computer i hit all the again and guess what, all worked perfectly fine rclxms.gif. It seem that the keyboard have a slight malfunction and couldnt perform well when first use. So remember guys out there if you happen to face the same problems as i, just RESTART the computer and try again thumbup.gif. *Please note that when you use the SetPoint settings software, do not close the application window, just click OK to exit the window. If you close the application window the set points will not function because the memory is in the computer not in the mouse.

Sorry for the long story sweat.gif. I just want to share this so that someone wont be like me spending all night searching for answers through the web while all the problem can be solve by just restarting the thing doh.gif. Hope this info helps and will recommend for those out there who needs comfort, buy the Logitech Wave Pro and you will never regret icon_rolleyes.gif.
