You can imagine how heavy user I m.  tongue.gif I ve been using logitech mouse for over 10yrs till now. And all is wireless. With my experience, recharging battery mouse cannot last that long. Using aa or aaa last longer. I ve own:

1) Logitech Mouse with KB cordless (do no what model, cause over 10yrs liau). Using 2AA battery, Can last 1-2mth.
2) MX500 cordless recharging battery. Can last about 1week+ percharge.
3) Normal logitech cordless mouse using 2AA battery. Can last 1mth+ with heavy using.
4) VX500 cordless notebook mouse. Using 2AAA battery. Last 2-3mth.
5) G7 cordless mouse. Last 1 day percharging with heavy using. The worst battery live. But good in performance.
6) VX nano cordless notebook mouse. Using 2AAA battery. Last 2-3mth. Still using.

How is the handling in your palm with this MX revolution? The side hyper scrolling can give better scrolling and more usefull? How much the cost for mx revolution.

Maybe I try to find MX revolution if price is right. Than next is MX1100 as you suggest.
*
MX revolution, handling feeling is good, but different fron MX1000, to tell the true, i perfer MX1000 over MX revolution
i also kena TIPU on the side Wheel, is not a hyper scrolling wheel like the one on the top!!! it cannot spin, is a 3 botton wheel, can be 3 program (like: CTRL+X, CTRL+C, CTRL+X) u can youtube for more.
i got the MX revolution not by itself, is a combo set. MX5500 revolution

note: allway youtube to know more, i kena tipu cos didn't youtube, but no regret lah, just not so "shock" because the wheel can't spin tongue.gif

Yes... my right hand sometimes very painful after a few hours games.... my room veri small...  sad.gif  any pc table 2 intro?  icon_question.gif
*
most 2 level table have limit space for KB and mouse, u can try find single level at Ikea, many choice for ur need, but if perfer 2 level, just make sure the lower level, where u put place the KB and mouse is long enough for both.

btw beside a painful hand, no back problem meh? hmm.gif laugh.gif

QUOTE(XiuKeong @ May 28 2010, 04:24 PM)
If you prefer 2 level, can try those normal computer table. If not, get a single level such as Vika Amon from Ikea. Spacious enough to fit lcd, mouse, keyboard and also ps3 laugh.gif

Yup. work as what I want. The software can detect the mice and came out it own setting. Just assign some key to the button.

The dpi work same like G7. But G7 have 3-4 setting, while MX1100 only have 2. But I seldom using it. When I do design, I will slow down the mice using dpi. Normal exploring using lower dpi. Which the pointer run faster.

i never try one of adjustable DPi mouse.... hehe
normaly i set it setpoint, oh MX revolution can set different speed at different app, that is very useful nod.gif

which logitech I should get ? under Rm350
My requirement
1) dual mode mouse wireless + wired
2) can track on glass (I have glass table , dont like mousemat as I want my table look clean  )
3) rechargeable battery on wired mode , more convenient
3) small receiver
4) dpi above 2k , possible  blush.gif  ?

as far as I know , there are performance MX and anywhere MX (this one is not rechargeable on wired mode ? )which fullfill my requirement but I dont know the price ! lyn pricelist only have mx revolution at RM349 ..

any other Logitech mouse that fullfill my requirement ? if yes , please recommend me together with price ! I want to join logitech  club  icon_idea.gif
*

Anyone have the latest price for the Keyboard mouse set Cordless Desktop MK710 Laser??
*
the link below have the price list of MK710

QUOTE(linkinawe @ Jun 23 2010, 08:07 PM)
erm , the DPI is about 1000~1500 ? hmm , maybe need to think is over because the DPI is quite ... low ... for the price > Rm300 , i expect the dpi is above 2000k ?  1000~1500 is acceptable for wireless cuz by right at that that moment , I will just do normal task ... but when I do gaming , I'll hook it up with wired mode ... I prefer 2k dpi above , the highest dpi is also 1.5k only ? 1.5k ,for me , cant glide across 24" 1920x1080 fast enough ...if I buy performance M950 , i need to lower my resolution .. hmm
*
logitech setpoint software can set different apps with different speed, other like button and wheel can also be set independent for ur need

Note: i'm using MX revolution with dual LCD setup at (1920 X 1080) X 2, the place for my mouse to run around is only 8" X 10" (very tiny space), i don't have problem using my mouse on dual LCD and never lift my mouse at so tiny space

so ... hmm .. do you mean the setpoint software can improve the dpi ?

here is what I got from wikipedia
**SetPoint advanced game settings allows gamers to set up to 5 resolution presets between 400 and 2000dpi

so it allow the performance mx go burst up to 2000dpi  thumbup.gif  ?
*
setpoint software have 2 mode to control the speed of the pointing on the screen. (1) Normal mode. (2) Acceleration mode.
both of them can be adjust independent

i myself set the Acceleration mode and 60% and Normal mode at 50%, i move my mouse 1-3 cm, the pointing on the screen already move from far left to far right (dual LCD)

note: pointing speed control can be set independent for different Apps

cool !  that means It automatically detect my dpi profile ? such as low dpi when doing photoshop ,picking the details ... and high dpi for gaming  thumbup.gif  .. hmm , I am leaning towards performance MX right now .. it is Rm349 right ? any place else got better deal  rclxm9.gif  ?
*
setpoint detect the motion/movement of the mouse
when u move the mouse slowly, the pointing also move slow, when u move the mouse very fast(shot distance), the pointing is like gear-up with turbo thumbup.gif

from the link i provide above, the cheaper is only RM335 thumbup.gif follow by RM339

hmm , I wonder which places have the demo unit , maybe need to try it out 1st  ! cloud8318 , do u which place in KL have the demo unit to try out ? lowyat which shop ? If possible , maybe I will wait for the pc fair , hopefully for some little discount or freebies  hmm.gif , logitech have their own booth right ?
*
i'm from ipoh
if u from KL, go to lowyat plaza, maybe some shop have ready stock, but i don't think their open the box and let u test the mouse, cos all the high-end product come with seal box
PC fair at ipoh is the most lousy compare to other, they only selling left-over, so far never saw logitech booth at ipoh PC fair, may be KL have....
