Get the foundation right in form 4, form 5 will be peanuts for you, and a good foundation will help u in higher education. but its not tat hard, just Addmaths you'll prob struggle in the early part, then it'll be fine after a while. I never liked sej and moral, so for me its hard all the way till form 5.

Science subjects are ok for me, grasp the concept and apply it. I never took anything as 'dead' in science, so understanding + bit bit of memorizing is how i study bio chem and phys. Addmaths needs practice, once you get the idea on how to do those questions then you'll be saying "oh this ain't that hard =)" (Questions in tests/exam differ just a bit from what you do in exercises, just they twist a bit here and there, so you'll need to twist your brain here and there just to see that it leads back to the same basic concept)

all the best. =) btw, i think form 5 is more of a honeymoon year for me instead. xD like I said, if you get the foundations right, form 5 will be easy for you. Vice versa.

A1 in SPM doesn't guarantee you a pass in Pre-U course. That's what I can say.

Fully agree.......compared to stpm, form 4 is nothing.......
even the number of chapters and toughness......form 4 is nothing compared to form 6
I've studied form 6 for 1 month.....and it includes the 2 weeks of break........my chemistry has finished 3 chapters......imagine what speed of studying are we in....

Besides, in physics, form 4 you have to get the number, get the equation, throw all the number into the equation and you get the answer, but in form 6, NO....positive and negative signs become very very tricky...that goes to math too.....

so....my advice.....make your basics as solid as possible....make your brain in such a way that you can do more than 90% of the questions of spm especially in addmath, physics, chemistry, biology unless you are from art stream....

think more than anyone else, and you will score 80++ easily......

I am saying this because an A1 in spm doesnt mean a pass in stpm......you can get A1 in spm just by memorising, but this is not working for stpm.....by the way.....good luck

they have their point. its jst a start like a game....things are getting more and more difficult. without basics, u will face a lot of difficulties. Brush up urself and do your best. SPM is easy in a way, find the loophole and exploit it
