I can get the HP 2140 if anybody is interested. It's available now as the shipment had arrive as I had presume.

From the brief information specs that I saw for the difference is:

1) Memory whereby one is 1GB while the other comes with 2GB memory. But it's a 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM.
2) One is Windows XP Home while the other is Vista Business (but maybe down gradable to XPP).
3) The spec also says one is Integrated VGA webcam while the other is Integrated HP Webcam

Hard disk is the same 160-GB 5400 rpm SATA Hard Drive with HP 3D Drive Guard and Display Resolution is 10.1"  (16:9 SD, 1024 x 576 LED backlit). I don't have information on the battery yet so not sure if it's 6 cell or 3 cell and there's a battery indicator level outside if I'm not wrong. Both models have bluetooth.

that's what i'm thinking to get 2140 or DV-2 since dv2 is rm2399 

1. 10" VS 12"
2. 1.19 kg (should be higher if using 6cell batt) VS 1.7kg
3. standard onboard display VS HD3410
4. 1 gb ram VS 4gb

both got almost same thickness
