i like the 2140 bcos it has the coated keyboard it wont wear off that fast as normal keyboard with unremovable "oily stain". second it has a 2.5inch hdd which you can upgrade to 320GB? 500GB? unlike the limited 1.8" mini1000.
cant wait for the 2140. but i still hope they have the 1366x768 resolution instead of 1024 x 576.
*
seems like you have done a lot of research on it biggrin.gif
the max resolution can be increased using software upgreade or fixed at 1024 x 576 with its hardware?

no one has confirmed whether the offer by ambank is 3-cell or 6-cell. This is very important cause I don't want 3-cell unit. Will only apply for ambank card to get if it's 6-cell with the price 1299.
*
RM1299 is 3 cells battery, add around RM370 for another 6 cells battery
I think it was posted few pages back smile.gif

i think the cheaper by 300 is refering to the 1299 package which is not available to outsiders except Ambank Credit Card holders, just like the Dell Mini 9 with built in HSPA modem which is just available for those who subscribes the Maxis Broadband promotion.

i think that's the only difference. On top of that the Ambank Credit Card holders are entitled to a 12 months 0% interest payment scheme.

nowadays banks are hunger for money, as long as your credit rating is ok, i think they will just approve your application biggrin.gif
somemore, some people prefers to pay instalment to reduce the pain of one lump sum payment smile.gif
