Well, I don't know if anyone else tried this but after cleansing and toner, I usually apply Tea Tree Oil on my old acne scars and it seems to be working.

I also take care to use it on fresh mosquito bites, the earlier the better to make sure it doesn't leave any unwanted ugly red marks.
