I sent my Tube to repair today at NCC earpiece problem at Landmark JB. I am surprise I was told that I am the first person who bring this case to them. They are totally not aware of this problem at all. The technician have to call KL to confirm. Anyway, I took them less than 1 hour to repair my phone and now working fine..



The lady told me, no one have even call them about this problem.

How can I identify if the set is really from Avaxx/Zitron?
Is the any Avaxx/Zitron sticker on the box?
Is the box sealed to prove that is brand new?

I think this is important things to verify before buying in order not to get cheated.

Hehehehe... of course she said like that mah. These kind of things you only hear the truth from owners' forum like here. Maybe the problem is still new in Malaysia. Over here, the problem has been on the watch list since Hong Kong launch last year. We've totally expected this. Looks like there'll be more owners coming here to complain. Otherwise this is good news. Nokia Malaysia has taken preventative steps to repair/replace the speakers before launching them here.
