i'm currently facing a prob here where the laptop just freeze. usually, it happens when the laptop is on and i'm not using it (laptop idle). after coming back (around 15 to 30 mins) to resume my work, i will discover that the laptop has frozen. have to press the power button for 5 seconds to revive laptop. ctrl+alt+del also doesnt work.

QUOTE(Lacus @ Jan 22 2009, 12:36 AM) hmm, maybe os issue..not sure though... QUOTE(Perfect-Stranger @ Jan 22 2009, 08:00 AM) Member list updated. Well, mayb it's because of BIOS issue, i would recommend you to send it for check up by the technician at Imbi Plaza. i'm guessing that it's overheated... cos i dun usually use the cooler pad.... sigh.... headache when this kinda thing happens... the imbi plaza technician is good? u got his name?

QUOTE(totorohui10 @ Jan 22 2009, 04:50 PM) Your laptop won't overheat if it's on idle. If really overheat you should quickly take back to service center. Is it in sleep mode when you use it again? Because some laptop have this trouble to start back from sleep. i'm having this problem too, mostly because of my Nvidia 185.20 driver. When I roolback to 17X.XX driver I don't have this problem. thanks for ur help man! i believe my laptop is perfect again! thanks!!!!
