Would like to know whether it's available for sale in Malaysia KL and what is the price range ?

Hey guys, is there a good Asus dealer where they sell almost all of the laptops displayed in the website ?

Coz I am interested in the m50vn but in most stalls in lowyat they only have m50vm.

Guys, anywhere selling M50VN ?

I asked some shops in LYP all dont have that model or no stock, so u guys noe any ?

Waiting for the M50VN to be in stock... so far only Sunway Pyramid gives me hope

Hmmm... no more meaning business for M50VN is discontinued ? Or no stock at the moment, but will be bringing in after CNY ?

Aikz guess I'll have to wait till Feb then.

Just purchased my new Asus laptop from Perfect_stranger a few days ago from Lowyat Plaza

Was a good and smooth deal ! Will recommend anyone who is interested in Asus laptops and residing in KL to deal with him !

Purchased a M50Vn, specs stated earlier and I will come up with a review soon.


Btw I wanna ask, do I need to install the latest BIOS from Asus website and install ?

There's an issue on this for Asus laptops. You can look under the Appendix section of your User Manual and there's the solution.


As far as I know, I don't think you can customize your Asus laptops. You get it as it is. In other words, you only get what is listed in the Asus website.

I think for those who have questions on graphic cards/GPUs and stuff like that... like which is better and which is not.

For a noob like me, I first find out which class the graphic card is listed, whether its Class 1,2 or so on. Of course the higher it is the better.

After that, read the detailed explanation, you might be able to find out what disadvantages/advantages that specific GPU has.


In reply to NahSek regarding the processor, OF COURSE THE QUAD CORE !

Core 2 Duo = 2 times
Quad Core = 4 times, the Quad itself means 4
