he shld have known that his future alrdy "jahanam-ed" when he decided 2 con ... so why does he deserve a chance ?

well, who doesn't make mistake ? the most important thing is, a person is sorry for his act, we shall give him a chance for him to be a better person.

If only he continue to con, we will send him to jail / hell.

Just give TS a date line.If he couldn't refund it,then the victim can proceed to lodge a police report.

lodge a police report can't help much, everybody knw how malaysian polices work.

dun really deserve another chance.. for what the chances are..? to con another people and refund previous victim..

I second this suggestion. Perhaps a reasonable deadline should be set for TS to refund to those whom he’d con. If he fails to do so, then bringing this case to the local authority’s attention would be the next step.

Mistake are made once. If its called mistakes which are made repeatedly again and again, its not called mistakes anymore, thats what we call conmens. Appology and slip off applicable to those who do it without realising it or its an accidental attempt or just a silly one time offence. This guy continuously conned everyone from forum to forum and you guys forgive him? This is unbelievable. So now, do all of you think this is his final offence? That he changed himself to be a good guy by refunding all of you? When one slipped off, thats where the count rises up until u cant stop it any further. For godsake look at the dispute thread section. How many threads, how many conmens, how many got duped. Still none of you learnt the lesson aint it? Takes a minute to think, another minute to action

i still didn't get my refund!! for godsake, it's only RM200 but he actually dare asking me for installment. if he did pay me by installment from the day he got himself so-called insaf, surely everything is settled already. i heard he's using a volvo (father's car konon but if so pun minyak tu guna air ke?). btw, i got conned in MUDAH but traced him here. guys, shall we go to the police station now & bring both him and his wife to jail? i wonder how can one eat, sleep & s*it (plus buy milk & food for his family) using scam money?

i also agree to give him deadline to refund back... but for what i see, most ppl dun agree tat..
