For a one button suit, those lapels have zero belly and roll. Notice how the roll ends way higher than the buttoning stance.

Shoulders look too heavily padded. Sleeves are too long. Quarters are too closed; though this is more of a stylistic preference.

Then be prepared to fork out a considerable amount of money, IF the tailor agrees to do it.

But "good place" and "altering the sleeves from the shoulder" seam is a bit of an oxymoron here. A competent tailor would reject your request. A tailor that accepts the job is not competent.

Unless you know the tailor I know. But even he wouldn't bother with such alterations as they're not financially feasible.
