hi guys, i hope someone can help me out here.

my gf recently bought me a OTR suit as a present. to her credit, the suit fits perfectly with the exception that the sleeves are protruded around 1 inch off my wrist. unfortunately it came with working buttons, so the best alteration method that i could think off is to shorten the sleeve from the shoulders.

anyone know any good tailor that can alter suit sleeves from the shoulders or have done so before? went to 4 different tailors and all dont alter from shoulders. really impossible in Malaysia? i dont want to break her heart
