Recommend places for cheap shirt/pants alteration. Lose quite a lot of weight don't really want to throw out 70% of my wardrobe.

one of my wool pants torn at the butt, the seams kinda just ripped open, fixable by tailor?
recommend place nearby bukit bintang that can fix it for cheap. Attached thumbnail(s)

slightly related, how much does it cost to alter a pants from regular fit to slim fit?
got a dickies cargo work pants, that i kinda like but i feel like it would looks 500% better if its slim fit/tapered. |
