may i noe what is the difference between biomed n biochem?which course is better n has wide range of future carrier if i didn't further my study after degree?

i decide to go utar to take either biomed or biochem, but i dono whether these courses is it given accredition by LAN anot..i went to LAN website and check and i saw my course is in "kelulusan tempoh sahlaku"and i don understand what this mean?
