Er. I've heard those who did BioMed had a hard time finding employment in US/UK w/o a MSc. at least.

Also a hearsay,the pay of those(post docs.) in this field depends on the government's funding. Malaysia does seem to offer a lot of positions for grads. from this course at the moment. For years to come?
