You are totaly right. Chinaman.. even you can do work.. they still work u like mad and pay u peanuts. Haha.. M n C different. If you can work. they cherish you more. Like in Corporate Governance say. Most M n C esp Europe ( like Denmark, Germany, Finland etc) practice Stewardship model where the there is two tier and they pay more attention for returns for shareholder and their employees.

So does US which use the Enlightment Shareholder model. Which pay more attention to advance return to shareholder. Which they say help other stake holders which benefit in the end which rise back the market value of the share of the company.

Or take in Japan company which practice Stakeholder model which treat everyone fairly and do sacrifice another stakeholder for one stakeholder benefit and treat everyone equally.

But I think they work like Jobstreet. Employer pay for it.

Normally if you want sure get job. Maybe can go for agent. But they charge u certain of fees depends on what position u take. For manager level . Some even take up 2 months of ur pay but u are sure to get the job one. ^^ . For exec think a percentage for first month pay and non exec a few hundred I think.

But I do believe in searching urself. Unless u are very good head hunter will come looking for you.

Try to look jobstreet, The Star, and if you want M n C.. My advise is what company u want first. Then google the company and sent in ur CV. Thats how lotsa my fren get their work in Shell, Exxon Mobil as this kinda company normally dont ad in paper and u sent in email urself. If their HR interested they email u back and call for interview.

But hope they still hire staff as global financial meltdown now. I heard from my ex company, lotsa big company doing major restructuring now. I.E. Fire old staff which is incompetent. Hire new one and let them do 2 or 3 job of the incompetent employees and cut short of sales dept plus the remuneration. I hate local big chinaman company as they even cut down on ESOS. damn..

Same here. Dats why wanna do MBA as found degree pay is still very little nowdays. RM5k can't even start a family. With house + Car + insurance = died ady. Havent plus wife yet. And if you are the only guy like me in the family. Next step is trainee for the job of bread wiener.
