Persona se need so long to be out? damn, my plate number cant wait. It says one month (so deadline is 12feb). Anyone know how to extend it?

My plate number must be registered in one month. I heard u can extend for a few more weeks.

I book my car in the end of december, gave the sa everything in 2 or 3rd of january. Now also havent heard any news.

Really? I fill in the form and the form state this
"Jika permohonan adalah pemilik kenderaan, dokumen pendaftaran hendaklah dikemukakan dalam 30hari dari tarikh permohonan"

The slip i got from the booking did not specify anything about expiry. I ask the officer and he says one month, and he specifically told me cant extend for TWO weeks (why would he say until so specific). I'll scan the form and maybe you can check it out.

Wow, that almost half a year! Did you extend it to 6month? I book my number at the last counter, counter 6 at setapak. the form you fill in is it call "Borang Tempahan Nombor Pendaftaran Kenderaan Secara Pilihan"?

I cannot contain my excitement! I just collected my car a few hours ago. Right on time for CNY. My greatest ang pow ever! 

However, I am a bit disappointed. Why? Because:

1. I also have the intermittent door unlocking problem when I turn off the engine. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. However, I believe if you follow the cycle religiously, it works most of the time. The cycle meaning start car -> close door -> release h/brake to lock -> drive (optional) -> pull h/brake -> turn off engine (not too fast)

as for me, still waiting, till the extend of staring at random persona pictures i found on the net during free time  (even proton-edar websire)

the problem i met:
air-con(fixed), power window(fixed), boot remote sensor(fixed), steering remote buttons(fixed), noise from back seat(fixed) and 1 manufacture defected wheel barring(claim and fixed in same day)

I got the call from the bank last two days and the loan is approved. Now the sales agent is preparing the agreement which will take some time according to him. So when only will i know when will i get my car? After sign the agreement? When do i need to pay the downpayment? And first month installment? The sales agent is not helpful at all

Another thing, the persona air-cond is not so strong already.. Last time the it can blow very strong but now it seems like get stuck ..the wind is so weak, and I need to turn almost to the max to get a strong wind. Is is I need to service the air-filter or perform cleansing?

Gklai..... i remember you mentioned something abt air cond flow distribution. Just to add to that...do you know that the aircond system for Persona comes with an interior dust filter????
This filter is located somewhere under the passanger side leg room. You may wanna clean it every forthnight just to have full air flow. If you feel that the airflow has deteriorated after sometime...look for this filter. Its very simple thing to do. There is a clip holding it. Just peep underneath the leg room and look for the clip. Unfasten the clip and pull out the filter. Clean it with running water and re-install it. Thats all. If you don't understand just ask the SC to demonstrate and you can DIY the next time.

Means 5 working days? I pay today, should be able to get next week i think. The stupid SA, first told me can get this week. then told me need to wait for a week
