If you guys are experience problem switching on your pc and keep on getting errors, I might have a solution for you. BUT PLS DO NOT FORMAT IT YET. If you have formatted the HDD then I don't think I can help u. But otherwise I might be able to retrieve 70-85% of your previous datas.

CHARGES ARE SIMPLE
RM 100 for retrieving data from your HDD and burning into a CD or rewrite on the new HARD DISK
RM 40 for reformatting
(within Subang and PJ area)

there will not be any charges if the data cannot be retrieved.

do you provide onsite service?

Sorry we do not provide that service as this extracting of data requires alot of time... sometimes it takes up to 5 hours to extract depending on the files and HDD size. Sorry again

How much for replacing harddisk platters/head? I have all the tools including a identical spare harddisk but no skill to replace them.

got 1 hdd IDE 80gb
start up can detect at bios , cannot start windows
try run ghost hang
seagate tools dos hang
plug to other no problem windows , tat pc hang also
external hdd fail also
fdisk hang also
disk patch utility hang also
can solve it ?
