For starters, stop with the "lololololol", we get your point, its annoying.

Go download rivatuner and install it. Let me know when you have done it.

Try a 2.6x ratio between shader and core. meaning, set core at say. 750, but crank the shader up to 1950. Leave mem alone for now. If you are using stock cooler, set it to 100% fan speed

Then stress with 3dmark06, and watch for artifacting during the last test.
