Ya, shipping companies only send the drivers. Their duty is to just send the goods, how you unload the container is your business. Exactly like my company also...

i think cause they need to assure the stocks were well taken care while loading...

aint cheap to replace a damaged tumbler....

was told the tumbler is not enuf for preorder and that this will be the 1st batch and the last batch...heard they have to limit some who ordered more than 1 unit to only 1. as the tumbler is so huge MV and BTS will only be able to transport 1 pc in a day. Therefore, they allow collection at the Ampang office....this is crazy big man...u need a shopping trolley to take it to your car...those taking public transport will have to use taxi...

Yup. The very first thing you do is inspect the container. Check the seal tamper or not. If kastam open. The original seal will be replaced by a kastam seal.

When open the container, before unload. Inspect again. Look see whether got any damage to your barang. if got damage take a photo send to the shipping company and your supplier.

Continue to unload and check for damages. If inside further got damage, stop take photo again. Count your barang to see if tally with delivery list or not. If not tally complain to supplier.

A lot of things to do when unloading from container...

I POed Sideshow Cobra Comander with them, 2 days after they notified me about the in stock. Wait for 3 weeks, no reply, I emailed them to check the status, still no reply. When I check the toy in their status, it was sold out !

I have nothing against them, but at least they should have notified me that it was out of stock instead of letting me wait till the cows come home.

Its not entirely dust proof if you live in dusty areas or near the highway.

So far for me the dust only builds up a little after a period of 6-8 months. maybe because my home is far away from the main roads.

If you really want 100% dust proof you can choose to install a rubber lining in the middle section of the glass. that way, when friends come over to view your treasure you just remove it. Problem solved
