Some silly stuffs that I procured not too long ago.....
![]() Bang & Olufsen leather sleeves: ![]() ![]() For my H9i x Rimowa headphones, P2 bluetooth speaker and H3 earphones: ![]() ![]() I really like the fine touch of the H9i headphones sleeve it has two internal pockets to store the charging cable and flight adapter: ![]() This silly thing took a month to arrive: ![]() Beosound Stage, the first ever Dolby Atmos soundbar by Bang & Olufsen: ![]() Can't resist the minimalist design, crafted in a single piece aluminium: ![]() Pairing it with my newly acquired Sony 65"A8H OLED TV and Vaio SX12: ![]() The verdict: if you are looking for a simple, no fuss set-up, get this. Don't listen to reviews saying that it lacks of bass since it doesn't come with a subwoofer. The built-in 4 woofers in the 11 individually amplified drivers set-up can literally blow you away. One more thing, it doesn't need to be mounted on the wall; it can be placed on top of a cabinet. That is the core concept of placement flexibility. I was intrigued by their belief.
They believe in transparency, ethically sourced materials, honest pricing. Their products are the children of the marriage of the East and the West. Free shipping by Fedex. No tax, hooray! ![]() There was no doubt about it: ![]() A premium touch, came with a dust bag: ![]() ![]() 119 leather sleeve with my initials, originally made to fit a 13" Macbook Pro, it will be tasked to hold a Viao SX12 from now onwards: ![]() 121 Magsafe leather case for iPhone 12 Pro Max with my initials, came in a felt cover: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you were intrigued as well, please go to: https://www.grams28.com/ |

QUOTE(sembilan @ Jul 20 2021, 10:26 AM) How's the quality of the products attacusatlas? Are they worth it? They keep popping up on my feed and am interested to try. Hey bro, it has been a while, where have you been? Personally I would say yes. I was considering either Nomad or Grams(28) initially. Although Nomad is more popular, based in California, it doesn't offer personalisation unfortunately. Besides, the Nomad laptop sleeve that I was looking for was out of stock in black colour, and there was no tentative date when will it be replenished. On the other side, I am a sucker to brand stories. And personalisation. Grams(28) offers both. Most of their products are still hand-crafted, in this small leather factory in Hong Kong. They have this pertinacity, or 'stubbornness' charm, very much alike to the Japanese artisans. Btw, what are you looking for? Laptop sleeve or phone sleeve? |

I received an invitation from Mr Porter to access the sales early, and contributed a little:
![]() I think you can already know that I procured another silly thing: ![]() This wallet is for my father. He always prefers a black one with a lot of compartments, and can withstand all the abuses: ![]() ![]() My second Anderson's: ![]() ![]() Comparing to my first, on top, how I wish they still keep the embossed brand name on the leather: ![]() Now, the silly thing - Pendleton x Yeti yoga mat in Fire Legend pattern. It is about time to elevate the fitness routine: ![]() ![]() ![]() For information, please visit: https://www.pendleton-usa.com/ https://www.yetiyogaco.com/ |

I decided that I needed another pair of spectacles.
This round is a 10 Eyevan: ![]() Comes with a soft case in suede and a hard case. The hard case is the most interesting object, nothing like what I have seen before. It was hand forged in red copper, an alloy of copper with 5% gold added: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 10 Eyevan No. 5 (48) 10S dark grey in titanium frame, mother of pearl nose pads, silver 925 balancer temple tips and hinges secured by titanium torx screws, the same screws found in every iPhone: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 10 Eyevan is the most prestigious collection by Eyevan eyewear, made up of 10 special parts using exquisite materials such as titanium, gold, silver, mother of pearl. Hence, the number 10. If you have high appreciation towards the artistry of Japanese exceptional craftsmanship, do visit www.eyevan.com. Lens by Rodenstock, a company founded more than 140 years ago in Munich. |

QUOTE(grimdercell @ Sep 8 2021, 03:36 PM) How's your H9i holding up so far? I managed to get a sealed unit of the Rimowa edition but can't decide on whether to sell it or keep it for personal use because technically can get H9 3rd Gen for cheaper. I like it so much. The main reason why I was getting it was because of its collab with Rimowa.Saw some reviews online, some prefer H9i to H9 3rd Gen and vice versa. But the Rimowa casing is a plus point You shouldn’t sell yours, it is a keeper. ![]() |

I sampled this before at Robinsons @ Four Seasons Place before it closed down last year, and it has been in my wish list:
![]() London Oud from the house of Fragrance du Bois, under the Fashion Capitals collection. It even comes with a outer box: ![]() Though it has Oud written on it, trust me, this one is really safe especially if you can't accept Oud scent. The London Oud was originally created as a bespoke fragrance for David Haye, a former World Boxing Champion. His brief was for a fresh fragrance with no powerful Oud note, and it took over 18 months until David had the exact fragrance he wanted. Just like how some of my friends described it, it has this sophisticated, designer smell: ![]() For more info, please visit: https://fragrancedubois.com/collections/fashion-capitals This post has been edited by attacusatlas: Nov 14 2021, 11:24 PM |

My first Bortnikoff, a niche perfumery house founded only in year 2017. Apparently the mastermind behind this house is residing in Thailand, mainly because of the accessibility to the distillers of essential oils.
![]() ![]() Amber Cologne - citrusy jasmine: ![]() For more info, you way want to visit: https://bortnikoff.com/product/amber-cologne/ En route to Aesop and Ken's Apothecary to grab some essentials whilst getting my glasses adjusted at Iconic Lab: ![]() An anti fog cloth by Iconic Lab and some rinse-free hand sanitisers by Aesop and Grown Alchemist. As usual, Aesop will throw in some samples: ![]() |

Ninja came visiting me, in stealth mode, of course:
![]() My all-time favourite low-tech sneakers: ![]() Mexico 66: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The rubber sole is kinda slippery after a few wears so be extra careful when treading wet floor: ![]() Perhaps not many people know that Onitsuka Tiger has inspired the birth of Nike. The founder of Nike used to import Onitsuka Tiger from Japan to retail in the States. |

More perfume, lol.
![]() This time is from the house of Frederic Malle (FM): ![]() Dries van Notten (DVN). It is a special project between FM and DVN, a fashion designer: ![]() ![]() ![]() I heard this is going to be discontinued: ![]() ![]() Amber woody, not really a friendly scent but I really enjoy how it developed over the time. I was given a sample vial way back in 2013 during my overseas trip: ![]() A Trinity: ![]() |

A parcel that I received a few months ago:
![]() Perfume. Again. Five o'Clock au Gingembre in 100 ml with the new packaging design language: ![]() ![]() ![]() There was a little story behind this. When i first learned about Serge Lutens, I have always wanted to get the Five o'Clock au Gingembre. Unfortunately it wasn't available when I visited Singapore way back in 2013. Hence, I picked up the Fille en Aiguilles: QUOTE(attacusatlas @ Jan 28 2013, 05:15 PM) I was at Singapore during the long weekend that coincided with two public holidays - don't you just love Malaysia? I dropped by the Escentials, Tangs Orchard last Friday, browsing through an array of fragrances and candles, attended by a very nice and polite young lady. She, a Singaporean, kept on bringing out all the fragrances and candles until I had to ask her to cease. She told me it was ok. We chatted for quite a few hours and I sampled almost half of the Serge Lutens, Creed and a couple of Amouage, CDG and L'Artisan. The one on the right, Fille en Aiguilles in 50 ml, is now available only in bell jar. FYI the bell jars are frequently known as the Paris Exclusives and available only at Serge Lutens Paris’ headquarters:I ended up getting a bottle of Fille en Aguilles by Serge Lutens. My initial intention was to sample the Five O'Clock Au Gingembre and if the scent suits me, procure it. However it was out of stock when I was there. I was thrown in a rather generous samples by the young lady - Himalaya, Original Vetiver, Aventus, Chergui and Daim Blond. ![]() The Aesop x APC was procured at the Aesop's flagship store at the Ngee Ann City (Takashimaya) whist the eco-luxury Ecoya candle was at the Club Street. Another reason for me to fly over to Singapore was to pick up my delivery from DHL: ![]() ![]() There is a little DIY required to replace the cap with the accompanied sprayer: ![]() The scent? Warm, woody. It is safer than the Fille en Aiguilles. However, majority will opt for Chergui which is alot more acceptable. This post has been edited by attacusatlas: Dec 12 2021, 06:46 PM |
